South of 35S, east of New Zealand: Areas of westerly quarter 25kt,
easing by 130000UTC. Low expected near 40S 165E at 130000UTC,then
moving east 20kt. South of 33S, west of New Zealand: Westerly 25kt
tending clockwise about low, with gales as in warning 258 and
Australian warning, and heavy southwest swell. Winds easing west of
160E by 131200UTC. 
Outlook following 72 hours:
Weak ridge along 30S, moving southeast. South of 30S and west of 170E:
Westerly quarter 20 to 30kt developing after 151200UTC. Deepening low
expected near 25S 180 at 161200UTC, moving south, with 25kt to gale
and areas of heavy swell about low.
