quarter swell. Winds easing west of 160E by 131200UTC. 
Outlook following 72 hours:
Weak ridge along 30S, moving southeast. South of 30S and west of 170E:
Westerly quarter 20 to 30kt developing after 151200UTC. Deepening low
expected near 25S 180 at 161200UTC, moving south, with 25kt to gale
and areas of heavy swell about low.
