A Memorial of a Deed of Conveyance Indented bearing date the Fourteenth day of Novr one Thousand seven hundred and Nineteen made Between George Edkins of ye Citty of Dublin Gent of the one Part and James Walsh of the same City Chirurgeon of the other Part whereby the said James Walsh [surely the said George Edkins — Ed] did Grant & Convey unto the said Jas Walsh a Yard or Piece of Ground situate in Hutchinsons Lane near Fleet Street Dublin containing the the Front to the said Lane Twenty Two feet and a half / with a Slope of the south East Angle / and backwards to the West to the holding of Clement Milward Forty one foot bounding on the East to a yard sett by John Hutchinson of the Citty of Dublin Smith to Mr Stephen Dean of Cromlin and on the North to another Yard sett by the said Hutchinson and in the Tenure of Widdow Lawrence Together with a House Erected and built thereon To Hold during the Remr of a Certain Term of Fifty Eight Yeares Granted by Lease therein recited then to Come att and under the Rent and Covenants of the said Lease in which Deed there is Endorsed a Declaration of Trust from the said James Walsh declaring That his Name was made use of in the said Deed in Trust for the Prope r Use of Patrick Walsh of Dublin Mariner and in Discharge of the said Trust did Grant and Assign all his Interest of the said premes unto the said Patrick Walsh which said Deed of Conveyance is witnessed by Charles Batty of the Citty of Dublin Gent and Wm Sumner of Dublin Publick Notary Jas Walsh (seal) signed and sealed in the Presence of us Wm Sowch Will Sumner Noty Pubb

The above named Wm Sum maketh oath that he saw the above named George Edkins and James Walsh duly Sign Seal and Execute the above Mentioned Deed of Conveyance / of which the above writing is a Meml and also saw the said James Walsh duly Sign & Seal the said Meml and is a subscribing witness to the said Deed and Meml and delivered the said Meml to Mr Wm Parry Dep: Regr on the 10th day of June 1720 at or near half an hour after Eleven a Clock in the forenoon — Will Sumner — Will Parry Dep Regr.
