same City Esqr Admins of the Goods & Chattles Rights and Creditts of Dorcas Gaylake
of Collenstowne in the County of Kildare Widow deced in Consideration of One hundred and Fifteen
pounds ster Did Bargain and Sell unto John Smith of Katherinestown in the County of Westmeath
All that and those the Town & Lands of Kilmacradock (which lyes without the Deerpark Wall of
Castletowne) lying and being in the Barony of Salt and County of Kildare aforesaid containing
Two hundred Fifty one Acres and Ten perches plantation measure be the same more or less with
the Appurtences To hold to the said John Smith his Exrs Adms
and Assigns from thenceforth during the residue ?? ?? ?? of a Term of Thirty One Years
granted by a Lease from Wm Conolly Esqr recited in sd Deed
under the Rent Covenants and Agreements in said Lease contained Which Deed is Witnessed by
Thomas Cooper of Great Downs in the County of Westmeath Gent and Thomas Cooke of the City of
Dublin Notary Publick [signatures] The above named Thomas Cooke maketh oath etc, etc. Delivered
to Mr Wm Parry Deputy Regr the First day of Decemr
