To the Registrar appointed by Act of Parliament for the Registry of deeds and asforsh
And memorials of ? indenture of lease and release bearing date disply the 3rd and 4th Days of September 1802 both made between the Revd Chas Edkins of Cronyhorn in the County of Wicklow clerk of the first part Wm Harding of Duncialler @ Square in the County of City of Dublin Esq and Elinor Harding his wife which said Elinor is widow and administrators of Cornelius Donovan Edkins late Of Gordons Lane in said county of Dublin deceased and James Edkins of Cape of Good Hope of the second Part and James Greenham of Cork ? and ? County of Dublin Cotton manufacturer of the third Part whereby the said Charles Edkins Wm Harding Elinor his wife and James Edkins did for and in corison? Of the Covenents and agreements in said tentature contained and of the yearly ? of £124 sterling to be paid half yearly demise grant set ? ? and ? unto the said James Greenham his heirs and assigns and that and those the House of dimension lanes of Ropers Rest together with all and singular the yards gardens orchards and houses edified and buildings There unto belonging and also all those the ? closes pieces ? of land. Marked No 1 2 3 and A in the Map or Survey thereof to said ? there amended and bound to and Measured ? said Map or Survey the whole containing by ? eight acres two roods And one perch be they more or less situated lying and being in the manner and liberty of Thomas Court and Conaore and said County of Dublin as formerly in the possession and occupation Of George Francis Borgeois and in the actual possession of the said James Greenham ? To have and to hold unto the said James Greenham his heirs admons and assigns from the transfer today To November last and past for and during the natural life and lives of the said Charles Edkins James Edkins and James Hornidge Greenham eldest son of the said James Greenham or the survior And survivors of them and for and during the natural live and lives of such other person Assigns as the lessors by virtue of a lease from Chas? Earl of Meath to George Edkins deceased Shall from time to time ? and for ever be added which said tentenature of lease and Release and the ? as to the execution ? by Charles Edkins is assigned By Wm Piers McAlphine of Chancery Lane Gent and by Joseph Rogers of Cronhorn aforesaid And as to the execon of said intendenture of lease and release by Wm Harding is witnessed by Wm Piers McAlphine and Thos McKane of Chancery Lane aforesaid ? and as to the execution of said Judicture of lease and release and this memorial by James Quinton for James Edkins by Virtue of a letter annexed to said ? is witnessed by Wm Piers McAlphine and Thos McKane etc
