A Memoriall of a Deed Indented bearing date the fifteenth day of February One Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Eight made Between John Edkins of the City of Dublin Merchant of the One part and Thomas Kyllester in the County of Dublin Gent of the other part whereby the said John Adkins in Consideration of the sum of Two Hundred pounds Ster paid him by the said Thomas Drummer the receipt whereof that said John Edkins doth thereby Acknowledge did grant Bargain Sell Transfer Assign and make over unto the said Thomas Drummer all that new House or Tenement lately Built by William Taylor of the said City Cabinettmaker Situate on the East Side of St Bridgett's Street in the suburbs of the City of Dublin and all the Estate Title Interest and Right and Benefit of Renewal Property Claim Challenge and Demand whatsoever Both in Law and Equity of him the said John Edkins his Exrs and Adms To hold unto the said Thomas Drummer for and during the remaindr of a Terme of Thirty Years Granted by a Lease in said Recited yet to come and unexpired in which said Deed there is a proviso or condition or Redemption with severall other covenants in said Deed contained Which Deed is Witnessed by Jacob Goff of the City of Dublin Merchant and George Fletcher of the said City Gent [signatures] The above named George Fletcher made oath etc. etc.
Delivered unto Wm Parry Depty Regr on the fifteenth day of February 1728 at or near Six a Clock in the forenoon [marginal note has 6 a Clock in the Afternoon]
