Amend of a Lease Dated the Sixteenth Day of July 1806 Between James Edkins of the City of Dublin Gent. Geo Edkins of said City Gent Ann Woods of said City Widow Pierson Philip Tracy of said City Gent and Eth his Wife and Wm Harding of said City Gent & Elinor his Wife of the one part and Thomas Chavers of said City Gent of the other part Witnessing that the said James Edkins Geo Edkins Ann Woods Pearsen Philips Tracy Eth Tracey Wm Harding and Elinor Harding for the Condons therein mentd Dio Dublin Grant set and to farmlet unto the said Thomas Chivers all that ? house ? ? tenant with the Backside or yard behind the same then in the popen? of said Thomas Chivers or his under tenants on the South side of New Market in the City of Dublin & ? Thomas Court and ? was full and ample Manner as the said Thomas Chivers or his Undertenants then held and Enjoyed the same To have & ? the said premises with their apps unto the said Thomas Chivers his Exors admons and assigns for and during and until the fare end and term of 199 yrs From the 25th Day of March last and from thenceforth ? Ensuring he the said Thomas Chivers his Exors admons and assigns ? and paying therefore and thereof yearly and every year During the first 41/2 years of the said term unto the said James Edkins Edkins Ann Woods Person Philip Tracy Eth Tracy Wm & Elinor Harding their heirs and assigns the yearly Rent or Sum of 11 ? from and after the ? of the first ? then yeilding and paying therefore and thereof yearly and every year During the ? of the said sum of 199 years the clear yearly Rent and Sum of 13-13 unto the Parties assigns each and every of said Rents to be ? and Payable by two equal half yearly pay on the 29 Day of September and 25 Day of March on each and every year during the said term clear over and above all taxes charges and impons whatr the total payment that of to fee made on the 29 Day of September there next Ensuring with Lease Contams other ? of such said lease as to the Exon there of by the said Ann Woods Pearson Philip Tracy Eth Tracy and Thomas Chavers the same is witd by West Darley of the City of Dublin Mort and John ? of said City ? ? and as to the Exors thereof by the said Geo Edkins the same is witd by the said John Fallen and Edward Crofton of the ? ? Gent and ? to the Exor thereof by the said Wm Harding the same is wid by Saml Harding of said City and Martha Edkins of the Co Dublin spinster
