Francis Rayner, insurance agent, lived there in 1892 (see Kelly's Directory).
Mrs.Bridgeman, lived there in 1904 (see Spalding's Directory).
Mrs. E. Cornwall and Pamphilon & Son, builders, contractors and funeral furnishers, lived there in 1913 (see Spalding's Directory).
Pamphilon & Son was James Pamphilon, I assume, who was one of the Pamphilon Brothers. They moved to number 55 in 1892, and in 1899, they dissolved the business partnership (see number 55). Pampilon & Son moved to number 59 in 1904, then moved to number 57 in 1913 (see above). Ted Pampilon took over number 59 by 1913, and stayed there in 1916.
